The AIDS Action Coalition (AAC) of North Alabama is a non-profit 501c 3 serving Madison, Marshall, Cullman, Colbert, Jackson, Limestone, Lauderdale, Franklin, Marion, Lawrence, Morgan, and Winston Counties. AAC operates the Davis Clinic, which provides comprehensive medical care for over 500 active clients living with HIV/AIDS. Other services that are provided include: Mental health care, optometry, nutritional services, supportive services, housing assistance, dental care referral, medication assistance and laboratory services. AAC also provides free confidential testing on and off-site, and education in the community. In 2002, AAC opened a satellite site in Florence for the 100+ clients that live in the western counties of our service area.

The AIDS Action Coalition receives approximately 40% of our funding from generated income, donations and fundraising.
