So What’s On The Menu?

The evening includes an exquisite menu prepared by Chef Katharine Barnhart. The fine‐dining menu features the following gourmet fare:

Gourmet Dessert Cheeses 
Italian Gorgonzola, Warm French Brie, Warm Goat Cheese and Sharp Cheddar Served with Grilled Pears, Grapes and Gourmet Crackers

Fresh Fruit Fondue
Melons, Kiwi, Pineapple, Apples and Strawberries served with Caramel Sauce, Dark Chocolate Sauce, Honey Yogurt Sauce and Sautéed Sour Cream Pound Cake

Tartlets
Pecan, Éclair, Lemon and Cheesecake Squares

Southern Sweets
Chocolate and Nut Toffee Chards, White Peppermint Bark, Chocolate Dipped Pretzel Sticks, Shortbread Cookies and Spicy Toasted Pecans and Cashews

Sweet Ice Cream & Java 
French Vanilla Ice Cream with Spirited Cherries Jubilee and Bananas fostaire. Along with selected coffee a champagne punch will be provided.

Soft drinks, water, and champagne punch included with ticket purchase.
In Discovery Hall a cash bar will be tended with beer and wine.
